I. SUBJECT AND SCOPE
- Art. 1. These General Terms govern the contractual relations between “HIXGROUP” EOOD (hereinafter the “Operator” or the “Parking”) and individuals or legal entities (hereinafter the “Client”) who use the service of providing a parking space and related additional services.
- Art. 2. By making a reservation, paying and/or actually using the service, the Client declares that they are familiar with these General Terms, accept them in full and consider them an integral part of the contract concluded between the parties.

II. LOCATION, HOURS AND ACCESS
- Art. 3. The parking is located at: Sofia, 37 Nedelcho Bonchev St., and operates as an unguarded parking lot, accessible to Clients 24/7.
- Art. 4. Access to the parking is carried out in compliance with the internal traffic rules and the signs posted by the Operator.

III. RESERVATIONS, TERMS AND CANCELLATION
- Art. 5. (1) Reservations are accepted through the Operator’s official channels — online system, phone, email or on site.
- Art. 5. (2) A reservation is considered confirmed after payment or an explicit confirmation by the Operator.
- Art. 6. (1) The Client has a one (1) hour grace period to arrive after the reservation start time.
- Art. 6. (2) If the Client fails to appear within this period, the reservation is automatically canceled with no refund.
- Art. 7. (1) When picking up the vehicle, a one (1) hour grace period is provided.
- Art. 7. (2) After it expires, an additional fee is charged according to the current tariff.
- Art. 8. All amounts paid for reservations are non-refundable, regardless of the reasons for no-show, travel plan changes or early departure.

IV. PRICES, PAYMENT AND DOCUMENTATION
- Art. 9. All prices are stated in Bulgarian lev (BGN) and in euro (EUR) and include VAT.
- Art. 10. (1) Accepted payment methods are cash and bank card.
- Art. 10. (2) Payment is considered made at the time confirmed by the payment system or the cash register.
- Art. 11. If an invoice is required, the Client must provide the necessary details within 3 (three) days of payment. After this period the Operator has no obligation to issue an accounting document.

V. STAY AND USE CONDITIONS
- Art. 12. (1) The Client parks the vehicle themself in a spot indicated by a staff member and is responsible for positioning it correctly.
- Art. 12. (2) After parking, the Client must lock the vehicle and activate all security systems.
- Art. 13. (1) Each started 24-hour period is considered a full day of stay and is charged as such.
- Art. 13. (2) Extending the stay beyond the initially reserved period is charged at the tariff valid at the time.
- Art. 14. It is forbidden to leave in the vehicle flammable, dangerous, toxic, illegal substances or other items that may cause harm to third parties or property.

VI. LIABILITY AND RISK
- Art. 15. (1) The parking is unguarded. The Operator is not liable for theft, damage or assault to the vehicle or items inside it, regardless of the cause.
- Art. 15. (2) Clients are advised to have valid Third Party Liability insurance and, if possible, “Casco”.
- Art. 16. (1) The Operator is not liable for damages caused by third parties, natural disasters, vandalism, force majeure, or damages resulting from technical failure of the vehicle.
- Art. 16. (2) “Force majeure” are unforeseeable and unavoidable events beyond the control of the parties, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, military actions, blockades, strikes, etc.
- Art. 17. The Client bears full pecuniary responsibility for damages they cause to another vehicle, equipment or property on the parking premises and owes compensation to the affected party or the Operator.

VII. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Art. 18. (1) The Operator provides a free transfer to and from Sofia Airport.
- Art. 18. (2) In the time ranges 07:00–10:00 and 16:00–19:00, delays are possible due to heavy traffic and congestion near Sofia Airport.
- Art. 18. (3) Clients using the transfer during these hours should allow at least 30 (thirty) additional minutes for waiting, handing over or receiving the vehicle.

VIII. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
- Art. 19. (1) The Operator processes personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.
- Art. 19. (2) Data is used solely for contract performance, accounting and legally required obligations.
- Art. 19. (3) The Client has the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of their personal data.

IX. FINAL PROVISIONS
- Art. 20. (1) The Operator may unilaterally amend these General Terms by publishing the current version on its official website or at the Parking office.
- Art. 20. (2) Amendments take effect from the date of publication.
- Art. 21. All disputes between the parties shall be settled through negotiations, and failing that — by the competent court in the Republic of Bulgaria, pursuant to applicable Bulgarian law.
- Art. 22. The Client confirms acceptance of the General Terms by ticking consent during online reservation or by signing upon conclusion of a contract on site.
